**This is a hybrid role located in Costa Mesa must have ability to be in the office 2-3 days/week**- 15+ offices located nationwide!

- You will be part of our Litigation team working on matters such as:
- Commercial/Business Litigation, Labor & Employment, Class Actions and/or Professional Liability
- Legal research
- Drafting pleadings
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and answering discovery
- Prep cases for trial
- Assist with trial
At least 3 years of experience with:
- Litigation in one or all of these areas - Commercial/L&E/Class Actions
- Must be licensed to practice law in California - multiple states is a bonus*
*Must have ability to commute to the office at least on a part-time basis at minimum (Hybrid/remote)
