Job Description Summary

The GE Richmond Service Center specializes in technical repairs and balancing services for a diverse selection of High, Intermediate, and Low Pressure Turbine rotors, Gas Turbines, and Generator fields weighing up to 200 tons at operational speeds up to 3,600 RPM.

The Testing Engineer is responsible for providing planning and execution of balancing campaigns of power generation rotating equipment, while assessing and maintaining test facility operability and capability. The Testing Engineer operates semi-autonomously alongside a team of engineers and technicians to direct and perform factory tests while adhering to industry and customer quality standards. Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $76,600 - 102,100.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. ​ This posting is expected to close on February 17 , 2024, or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
