We are a community hospital with a 24-bed pediatric ward, newborn nursery and NICU (we do not cover the NICU or attend deliveries).

Our primary work is on the pediatric ward and in consultation in the emergency department. We also cover the newborn nursery and some members of our group work on the transport teams. In addition, we have residents and medical students on our service, have opportunities to teach and mentor at the Kaiser Permanente Medical School, and have a robust quality improvement and research infrastructure.

We are looking for a pediatric hospitalist that is dedicated to patient care, wants to help improve quality and safety, and contribute to the continued expansion of our service. Leadership opportunities are available once integrated into the group.

Our compensation and benefits package are very competitive. We are a large physician owned partnership and this position is on a partnership track.

Candidates must be board certified in Pediatrics. Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Hospital Medicine is also required for progression to partnership.
