We are seeking a FIELD MARKETING SPECIALIST (FMS) to join our growing team to promote brand awareness and focus on new patient acquisition. The FMS is a dynamic team player and ambassador of the company; responsible for expanding the network of referral sources and advocating for oral health in our local communities including local schools, medical/dental offices, and other community groups. As an important component of this position, reporting, data entry and other administrative front desk duties will also be required.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Local Networking & Increasing brand awareness in the surrounding communities

o Medical/Dental Offices, & Hospitals 

o Private & Public Pre-Schools, Elementary, etc.

o Health Fairs & Community Events

• Manage social media presence & other online sources (Websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Planning and Executing community outreach campaigns for new & existing referrals

• Prepare and contribute to monthly internal and external newsletters

• Prepare monthly analysis reports of patient acquisition sources

• Complete monthly office marketing audits

• Monthly/Quarterly Contest

• Data Entry and Weekly Reporting

• Completes Human Resources projects as assigned

• Front Desk Support as assigned

Other qualifications

• Knowledge in working with Dental Software such as Eaglesoft and Opera DDS is preferred

• Knowledge of insurance verification and strong schedule management required
