Job description
Pastry Cook Level 1 & 2
- Full or Part time hours

Pastry Cook Responsibilities:
- Designing and improving recipes.
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
- Decorating and displaying finished products.
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
- Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Compensation Disclosure:
- includes a BASE rate of 17.50 to 20.00, (DOE) plus TIPS (SERVICE POOL)
- SERVICE POOL (TIPS), are shared by all service staff, prorated by experience, cross training, and position
- OUR Crew appreciates the generosity of our guests, as the typical Crew member, post training, can earn between 1.00 and 5.00 per hour of the SERVICE POOL
