Job description
Information and Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. (IIT) is looking for a seasoned Program Manager (PM) to join our team supporting the Army Futures Command (AFC) in Austin, Texas. The PM will lead a team of professionals from various disciplines, while focusing on AFC’s operations and mission requirements and the Army’s modernization goals. The ideal PM candidate is a strong leader who can oversee all administrative, managerial, and financial tasks needed for program success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day AFC operations and offer support for business and administrative processes
- Oversee planning and execution of AFC events
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to support AFC HQ Battalion with administrative, human resources, logistics, security, multimedia, facilities, and training services
- Responsible for assisting in the execution of daily operations of AFC to include creating, executing, and/or improving business and administrative processes for AFC
- Lead oversight associated with planning, organizing, and executing AFC events to include senior leader summits, conferences, town halls, and off sites
- Oversee administrative, quality of life, security, facilities, logistics, and training services support for the AFC HQ Battalion
- Manage communications support to include planning, execution, and products; research, evaluation, and assessment; web page design; as well as multimedia and graphics
- Oversee support for the AFC Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) Modernization Demonstration (Mod Demo) Program Manager in all areas related to STRL development, implementation, and management
- Conduct business development activities to promote on-contract growth and expansion
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Location: Austin, TX (This is an in-person position)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years direct, relevant experience managing cost, schedule and performance on similar US Government contracts. DoD experience preferred. Five additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Languages: English
- Must be a US Citizen
