Job description

A Financial Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as we innovate and transform the Mortgage Protection Industry. At our core, we believe in enhancing lives by safeguarding families, fostering personal and professional growth, and providing leadership training.

Responsibilities:

Setting Appointments (6-8 hours per week):
Reach out to potential clients who have previously expressed interest in coverage, scheduling appointments to discuss their mortgage protection needs.

Research (4-5 hours per week):
Delve into client-provided information to tailor options that address their financial requirements in the event of death or disability.

Meeting with Families (2 days per week):
Engage with clients either virtually or in-person, presenting coverage options, discussing details, and assisting with the application process.

Administrative (2 hours per week):
Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through the underwriting process.

Requirements:

While skills are important, we value coachability, a penchant for challenges, self-discipline, and a growth mindset. A passion for people is a must, and we welcome entry-level candidates.

Commissions as a New Agent:

This role is commission-only, with an average commission of approximately $600 per family protected. Full-time agents are expected to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans weekly. Beyond mortgage protection, we offer premium financial products for retirement planning. We provide extensive training on product knowledge and sales strategies. Along with uncapped commissions, our competitive bonus structure and incentive trips add further rewards based on individual and team achievements.
