Job Title: Server
Department: Food and Beverage
Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager
Pay: $8.98 + tips
Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring that they have a positive dining experience. They must be able to take and fulfill drink and food orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations. They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently, and they must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take and fulfill drink and food orders.
- Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
- Promote additional items, specials, and beverages to increase sales.
- Present food and beverages in an appealing manner.
- Check back on guests to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals.
- Clear and clean tables.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Process payments; handle cash and credit card transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No experience needed but appreciated.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Weekly pay: hourly rate plus tips and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and more.
Additional Information:
This position is full-time or part-time and requires evening and weekend work.
