Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and managing digital-related projects for the organization. They are in charge of organizing digital resources for media campaigns and presenting their progress and initiatives to executives in other departments.
Job Responsibilities
· Engages with client and guests with a positive and welcoming attitude, utilizing the Y.E.S. commitment with each interaction.
· Knows and understands Harvest Table Effect and implementing throughout the marketing program across campus.
· Escalates guest concerns to a manager when appropriate.
· Communicates and interacts in a professional manner at all times.
· Aid in the planning and execution of a full calendar of marketing events.
· Take creative lead in designing and maintaining a variety of signage, both physical and digital, around campus to promote events and encourage meal plan sales.
· Create engaging chalkboard and other artistic signage to promote sales and generate excitement for new menu items.
· Perform general office duties, such as preparing weekly social media and analytic reports and assist in generating marketing proposals.
· Assist in driving revenue at multiple dining locations by planning promotions and engaging students.
· Build photography inventory daily.
· Create engaging content for website design and website maintenance.
· Work to improve brand presence on all campus dining social media platforms.
· Stay up to date with digital media technology and trends.

Qualifications
· Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or relevant field
· Strong visual eye
· Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
· 1-2 years professional experience using design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Photoshop
· Calligraphy and chalk-art experience
· Knowledge of website designers, such as WordPress and Squarespace
· Familiarity with a wide variety of social media platforms
· Experience in SEO (search engine optimization)
· Experience in photography, videography and editing
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge and love of food is a plus!
· Excellent oral communication skills required
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
