- Competitive compensation of $65,000 to $75,000 annually

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager/Estimator. Responsibilities:
- Project Estimating & Management: Lead all aspects of project estimation and management for various earthwork and related trades scopes.
- Site Evaluation: Conduct on-site visits to assess site conditions and gather essential project information.
- Technical Analysis: Analyze drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports to develop accurate cost estimates and project plans.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, reviewing quotes and ensuring competitive pricing.
- Take-offs & Budgeting: Prepare take-offs, cost estimates, bid proposals, and budgets to support successful project implementation.
- Negotiation & Coordination: Engage with project owners and contractors during bidding and execution, fostering successful project outcomes.
- Quality Control & Safety: Oversee field quality and enforce safety measures, contributing to safe and successful project completion.
- Project Documentation: Generate project billings, manage project paperwork, and facilitate project close-out procedures.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of related experience in civil or geotechnical engineering.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Construction Expertise: Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Agtek preferred.
- Project Management: Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, demonstrating effective leadership and organizational skills.
