Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic fulltime and/or intern to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant with a focus on Strategic Partnerships and Social Media Content. As a generalist in this role you will have the unique opportunity to gain handson experience in diverse areas of our organization.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or have a completed degree program (Business Administration Marketing Communications etc.).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Proactive selfmotivated and resourceful with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Executive Administrative Support: Assist in managing schedules appointments and travel arrangements for executives. Prepare reports presentations and other documentation as needed. Coordinate and organize meetings ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

2. Strategic Partnership: Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with our mission and goals. Assist in developing partnership proposals and presentations. Collaborate with team members to strengthen existing partnerships.

3. Social Media Content: Create engaging and innovative content for our social media platforms. Monitor social media channels and engage with our online community. Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies.
