Job Location: Beckley, WV
Job Salary: $90,000 - $135,000
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction and design
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture or Engineering
- Experience with project management principles

What You Will Be Doing

The Architect will be responsible for construction, design, engineering and facilities management of a large federal project in Beckley, WV. You will work directly with the client to define the requirements of the project, schedules and plans. You will also provide project management and technical support as you work with various team members and government representatives.

What You Need for this Position

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction and design
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture or Engineering
- Experience with project management principles
- CPM Scheduling
- Experience creating design and construction documents
- Experience with cost and schedule estimates

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCADD, Revit, Prolog, etc.
- Understanding of local and federal requirements
