Role Overview:
Are you passionate about playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology and making a positive impact on the planet? We're looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is ready to lead our financial strategy and contribute to our growth and success. You will have the opportunity to work closely with investment bankers, manage our financial operations, and drive innovation in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Secure new capital through collaboration with investment bankers and legal advisors.
Strategize on debt and lease instruments to fuel working capital and asset acquisition.
Maintain clear and effective communication with our board of directors regarding financial status.
Enhance cash flow while overseeing payables and receivables.
Implement cost-saving measures through enhanced financial transparency and strategic purchasing policies.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Lead our finance, human resources, and purchasing teams to excellence.
Coordinate with public accountants on tax and audit matters, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Develop personnel and compensation policies that reflect our commitment to merit and excellence.

What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in financial management within a technology-driven environment.
Expertise in equity and debt formation, alongside strong skills in board and shareholder communication.
A track record of effective cost and cash flow management, including customer contract negotiations.
Leadership experience in personnel management, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.
