Job description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team of Client Services Associates. This position is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse and high-net-worth client base and provide exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
• Receive and respond to inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Ensure accuracy with client data entry and maintenance
• Follow up with clients to ensure any issues are resolved
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and service requests
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least two years of client services experience
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Investment, Series 65, Series 66, Wealth Management, Banking, High Net Worth, RIA, Advisor, Associate, Operation experience a plus
