Job Title: Sales Representative (Digital, Screen, Wide Format Printing)

Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative specializing in Digital, Screen, or Wide Format Printing. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets, all while providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Schedule:

This is a remote position based in the US, with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday or similar.

Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including inbound lead follow-up and outbound communication.
Continuously enhance your industry knowledge to better serve our clients and stay ahead of market trends.
Identify key decision-makers within prospective accounts and cultivate long-term relationships to drive revenue growth.
Maintain and expand our prospect database to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Enterprise Sales to align strategies and maximize sales outcomes.
Uphold excellent client relations, focusing on customer satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely issue resolution.
Monitor customer satisfaction, assess risk factors, and facilitate revenue growth initiatives.
Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews for strategic accounts in coordination with the Director of Enterprise Sales.
Follow up promptly on key estimating opportunities and participate in departmental and company-wide meetings as required.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of proven experience in print sales, with expertise in Digital, Screen, or Wide Format Printing.
Intermediate proficiency with business intelligence tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, or Google Suite.
Demonstrated proficiency in using sales tools and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred).
Familiarity with health and life insurance offerings.
