Job description
This is a Physical Therapist job in the Home Care setting in the Carmel, NY area. You'll see a geriatric population within their independent homes or within senior living / assisted living facilities.

Here are the logistics of the position:
1. Salary range starting at $80,000 per year based on experience.
2. Home Care - Geriatrics.
3. Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.
4. Full-time or Part-time
5. Position includes a comprehensive benefits package.
6. Ultimate schedule flexibility. Work when you want for as many patients as you want to see. (Typically the minimum is 15 patient visits per week with 3 weekdays of availability.)
7. This is a staff-level position focused on direct patient care.
