Job description

We are growing! Escarosa Cleaning & Restoration, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team of professionals in the carpet cleaning/restoration service industry.

Experience in carpet cleaning/restoration service industry is preferred but not a requirement. We will provide you with comprehensive training, but you must be a fast learner. Provides assistant in restoration services for structures that have been damaged by fire, mold, water, and weather. Services to be performed include mold/mildew removal & remediation, deodorization & decontamination, demolition & debris removal, setting equipment and containments. Documents all jobs with appropriate forms and photos.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be dependable, honest, reliable, with a clean appearance, positive attitude and have the ability to work flexible hours.
• This position does require some after hours work.
• Must be self motivated, organized and have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. consecutively.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
