PM/ ESTIMATOR - EARTHWORK/ UTILITIES/ CONCRETE
Well established, award winning, 50yr family owned and operated, local CONCRETE, EARTHWORK & PAVING general contractor is seeking an experience PM/ Estimator to continue to grow their excellent reputation. This company takes pride in being on top of their game and work hard to maintain that reputation while using the industries top technologies. Their services include excavation, site development, grading, milling, paving, gravel/ limestone mining and hot mix asphalt production.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+yrs Concrete, Excavation and Grading experience and knowledge geared to the Heavy Highway, Industrial and Site Development industry
- Associates/ bachelor’s degree in construction mgmt or civil engineering or survey technology required or strongly encouraged.
- Computer Proficient with computers, Heavy Bid, and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and problem-solving Skills, valid class D driver license.
- M-F work, 10hr Shifts, Weekends: only if necessary
