Job description
The Public Health Department is seeking a Community Health Program Supervisor. This supervisor will directly report to the Health Evaluation and Assessment Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising, developing and overseeing the activities of staff within this team. The team is responsible for collecting and analyzing data; developing and implementing surveys; and assessing, developing and implementing evaluations across the Public Health department and the community.
This role includes planning, organizing, leading, and supervising complex data projects. This position will be responsible to direct and assign projects to staff, prepare a variety of reports and make presentations. The most successful candidate will have a deep commitment to improving the health of our community, health and racial equity, and a track record of success in data analysis, and evaluation administration.

Location and hours: This position is hybrid and will be performed both remotely and on-site at Hennepin County buildings as job duties require. This position has a primary schedule of Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. While this position is designated as hybrid, based on current requirements hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin.
New employees who are hired into remote or hybrid positions between January 2, 2022, to December 31, 2024, will receive $500 toward the cost of establishing consistent internet connectivity, payable upon completion of 6 months of employment.
