Location : Middletown, PA - hybrid. 2 weeks onsite, 1 week remote

Requirements/Duties
Act as the Functional Lead on the client side (not doing configuration; the vendor will handle that)
Work alongside the vendor as the client POC
Aid in solutioning
Work alongside the test lead to design the testing initiative - UAT, Some Automated Testing with Tosca (Tosca experience is not required)
Study and understand the PTCs current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system.
Study and understand the PTCs desired Billing and Revenue functionality for UBOS.
Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOS and the PTCs other technologies to assure the PTCs needs are met and including following the standards and policies.
Act as PTCs BRIM subject matter expert and represent the PTC in meetings and workshops and works with the UBOS SI team to ensure PTCs needs are met.
Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership to decide on how to proceed.
Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using PTC established standards procedures templates and methodologies.
Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff business owners project sponsors vendors and key clients.
Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the PTC.
Leads and participates in project team meetings and activities for Billing and Revenue work efforts related to enterprise systems.
Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff business owners project sponsors vendors and key clients.
Reviews SIs documentation on behalf of PTC and advises to the PTC UBOS IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation.
Performs hands on testing as part of PTCs acceptance of the SIs solution and provide their opinion to PTCs UBOS IT Program Manager on when a deliverable meets PTCs needs and desires and if doesn't provide documentation needed for PTC to rectify any issues with the SI.
Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
