Job description
MAIA is seeking a self-motivated team player to serve as a Marketing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for designing the association magazine and marketing materials for the association's products and services, as well as maintaining the website and managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement marketing plans for MAIA products and services. These plans encompass marketing of conferences, education programs, insurance products, membership and others.
- Design the association's bi-monthly magazine.
- Create marketing materials for education, events, and association products and services.
- Design and send marketing emails for association products and services.
- Maintain the MAIA website and ensure that it promotes current and accurate information.
- Maintain a social media marketing strategy with regular posts on various platforms.
Requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Must be proficient with Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign and Acrobat)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, Levitate and website editing a plus
