Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in supporting a global provider of legal services. As a Remote Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects within the Client Services department. If you're passionate about providing superior client service, managing project execution, and fostering a collaborative team environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers to meet project requirements, including kickoff meetings, deadline management, and effective communication with various operational teams.
Ensure timely completion of all project deliverables, adhering to budget constraints and maintaining high-quality standards.
Participate in developing and implementing standards for client service staff, fostering a best-in-practice culture.
Research and communicate claim inquiries and process issues with clients and operational departments.
Provide project reporting, perform analysis, draft claimant letters, and assist in the development of business rules for claims processing and payments.
Work collaboratively to enhance service quality standards, building cooperation between client services team members and other departments.
Foster a team environment that promotes personal and professional growth across departments.
Accurately complete individual tasks within established workflow/process guidelines, emphasizing quality standards.
Utilize the SRS ticketing system for Class Action and enter tickets for all involved parties.
Ensure proper communication and resolution of questions from the call center.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment, preferably in the legal field for a service industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to process information in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficient in Access (querying reports).
