Job description
Position Overview:
As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon platform. You will play a key role in driving sales, maximizing profitability, and enhancing our brand visibility on Amazon. This position requires extensive experience with Excel and a deep understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our Amazon seller account, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and feedback to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and drive traffic to our Amazon listings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Amazon policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with Amazon
- Extensive Excel experience
- Helium 10 is a plus
