Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour based on experience.
What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Supervisor? You’ll be:
Coordinating and overseeing all warehouse activities
Preparing products for shipment, including packing and placing on pallets
Making arrangements with freight carriers
Processing the receiving of all incoming products and performing initial receiving inspection
Processing all necessary paperwork for shipping and receiving activities
Controlling and managing inventory, including ongoing cycle counts
Ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures
Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of waste products
Supervising warehouse employees
Upkeeping and maintaining the Truck Fleet and Lift Truck
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Are fluent in Spanish (requirement)
Have expertise in inventory and warehouse management
Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills
Have a good understanding of ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and Quality Control procedures
Hold a forklift certification or have the ability to successfully complete forklift training and certification
Have a valid California Driver’s License
