One of our clients is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in a public health setting.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Procurement, storage, and distribution of medications for public health clinics.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANT
* High School Diploma or its equivalent
* 2 years clerical experience
* At least 1 year of Pharmancy Technician experience
* Registration with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy
* Certification with the PTCB.
* Requires professional and courteous demeanor; ability to respect confidentiality of patient data; strong communication skills; an understanding of medical terminology and calculations; knowledge of computer skills; and knowledge of medication brand and generic name.
