Job description
Facilities Services supports KU's mission of learning, scholarship, and creative endeavor by operating and maintaining the University's physical plant and grounds. Job duties for this position include moving, delivery, and set-up of a variety of items throughout the campus, trash removal, fire extinguishers, and furniture repair. Job duties also include assisting skilled tradespersons from other shops as needed. Work involves performance of manual tasks of more than ordinary difficulty, requiring special knowledge acquired through on-the-job training or experience. This position requires the operation of work issued vehicles.
