Job description
Position(s) available for experienced portion control meat cutters.\

This position is in a USDA inspected, HACCP certified processing facility. \
\
This position is for wholesale portion cutting for distribution to restaurants. All products are cut to specific weights within a half ounce or less variance. Production is run from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available and encouraged. Eligible applicants are required to be 18 years of age or older. Applicants must be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. Due to strict sanitation guidelines, stringent product specifications, high volume, and low profit margins, prior experience is paramount. \
