About the Position -
The Group Director of Programs and Strategy provides overall direction for key P eople programs in support of Global Tech and Corporate Functions by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
What you will do -
Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless P eople solutions and embrace technology and analytics.
Advise on organizational change initiatives and assess P eople implications.
Provide guidance to business leaders on P eople issues and partner to implement initiatives.
Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and practices while analyzing costs and forecasts.
Oversee project management teams, approve budgets and communication, and ensure project outcomes reflect commitments.
Attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce through talent management strategies and diversity initiatives.
Drive key p rograms tied to our P eople strategic priorities .
Determine KPIs and key metrics leveraging data .
What you will bring -
15+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced environments.
Strong ownership and commitment to all aspects of the job, including p eople, business, culture, and leadership.
Experience in building scalable processes and programs to drive growth, transformation, and associate experience.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and complex employee structures.
Successful background in program , project and change management, associate engagement, and organizational initiatives.
Excellent communication , influence and listening skills, and a strong team player.
A ble to contribute to strategic initiatives while also effectively handling tactical and operational work.
Strong reporting, analytical, data interpretation and analytical skills.
Proficient in HR systems and MS Office tools .
MBA in HR preferred.

We have a primary in - office presence coupled with some mix of virtual presence and occasional (quarterly) travel which may be local to US (quarterly) and international (1-2x a year).
