Strategic Industry Advisors - Beer/Wine/Spirits Manufacturing will help facilitate this initiative by providing manufacturing and/or technical expertise that aligns with our client’s business. Their engineering and production expertise will support business development, facility and equipment solutions, client engagement, internal training, and resource development. On an ongoing basis, they will support project teams and provide consulting services.

 

Scope of Position:

 

Assist Market leader in providing direction for the day-to-day operations of the identified market, implementing plans and policies to achieve overall corporate and project objectives, and ensuring profitability. The strategic Industry Advisor is a recognized expert in the market segment who supports the business development, marketing, and project execution teams.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Education & Years of Experience:

Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations degree with 5-10 years of Operations experience preferred, or a combination of education and Operations experience.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
