Cloud Automation Engineer:

Looking for someone with experience to design and implement automation and orchestration tools into a multi cloud environment (AWS, AZURE, Cloud Foundation). Need multi-cloud ideally. Looking for skills in automation, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc. More of an automation engineer vs. straight DevOps. Nice to have would be integration of Dell applications in cloud for automation.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Automation Engineer with expertise in Cloud Automation to join our dynamic team based in Aurora, CO. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions in a multi-cloud environment, with a keen emphasis on integrating Dell Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement automation and orchestration tools and techniques, Kubernetes experience preferred.
• Automate common tasks in multi-cloud environments, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Integrate internal and external systems into cloud platforms for seamless operations.
• Automate multi-tier applications into cloud platform service catalogs, considering Dell Technologies components, for ease of deployment.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows, for various cloud environments.
• Utilize API frameworks for API-driven automation to enhance system interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation aligns with SDLC frameworks.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in cloud automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Automation Engineer with a focus on cloud environments.
• Expertise in automation and orchestration tools and technique.
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMWare, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of API frameworks and API-driven automation.
• Experience integrating systems into cloud platforms in a multi-cloud setting.
• Familiarity with common SDLC lifecycle frameworks and associated tools.
• Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
