Their Akron, OH area manufacturing plant has been growing rapidly in recent years and has roughly 500 employees now. This is a non-union manufacturing plant that, for several decades, has been part of a family-owned and operated business, and because of this, they pride themselves on employee satisfaction, work/life balance and overall benefits.
They are currently looking to hire several Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians on 1st and 2nd shift. Main duties include:- Hands-on repair and maintenance of a wide variety of plant equipment (hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC machinery)
- Aid in installing new plant equipment
- General maintenance on air compressors, HVAC and plant lighting systems
- Electrical troubleshooting of PLC’s, robotics
Qualifications include:- Hands-on plant equipment maintenance experience
- Hydraulics, pneumatics experience
- Multi-craft (mechanical and electrical) skills
