Job description
We are actively seeking a results-driven and client-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in cultivating and strengthening relationships with our clients, while helping them identify the best insurance solutions. You will be responsible for selling a range of insurance products, including but not limited to auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.
Salary: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Educate clients on different insurance products and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
