We are a commercial general contractor that has been in operation for almost 40 years. We have served our clients in Oregon and Washington with fairness, honesty, and integrity. We are currently searching for a Project Engineer who will guide our site coordination, communication, and meetings. We are looking for a team player who will add to our well-established reputation in safety and respect for our environment and projects. -Collect Submittals from Subs, assemble and submit to AOR for approval when required
-Keep logs of RFIs, Submittals, Schedules, meeting minutes, etc
-Distribute plans and requests for pricing, (RFPs) to Subs
-Assist the Superintendent as needed in maintaining as-built drawings during the course of project
-Assemble project closeout documents and assist with punch list check-off
-Assist Project Manager & project Superintendent as required to execute projects
-Follow up with Subcontractors for change order pricing, scheduling, submittals, closeouts
-Communicate effectively in both verbal and written correspondence with clients, office, and field personnel on a daily basis
-3+ years of engineering experience
-In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Great leadership & communication skills
-Salary $80 - 100k (Doe)
