We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to grow with us! The Business Development Manager will learn from industry experts in commercial electrical construction while guiding the sales and marketing strategies. Build New Client Relationships
Identify prospective customers and make initial contacts
Lead networking initiatives to introduce potential clients
Participate in sales presentations
Connect project team with bidding opportunities for new construction projects
Strategically Grow Market Share
Participate in development of strategic sales strategies and marketing plans
Maintain and expand relationships with clients through a focused effort to increase key market sectors
Learn and be able to speak to the project management teams capabilities to deliver top notch commercial electrical projects
Develop marketing and promotional opportunities that increase sales
3+ years of business development/sales experience within commercial electrical construction preferred
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
Understanding of the commercial electrical construction market and construction management
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
