We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of Commercial Construction experience, a degree in Construction, and knowledge of Self Storage or Tilt Wall. Candidates should also have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills.
The Traveling Superintendent + Commercial will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of commercial projects. This includes coordinating the work of subcontractors, ensuring the project is within budget and on time, and monitoring the progress of the project.-Establishes and manages a jobsite safety culture in accordance with our safety program
-Walks the project daily to witness to work going into place for conformance to safety and quality standards.
-Communicates early and often with project team (i.e. project manager, design manager, customer, site team, subs, field ops, & etc.
-Reviews project budget with the Project Manager on a regular basis. Is in tune with project financials and aware of the impacts the site team can have on the budget.
-Assist in the development of project schedule and estimates. Uses the schedule as a management tool to deliver the project on time. Provides real-time data to PM/scheduler for schedule maintenance.
This position offers a salary of $90,000 - $130,000 annually.
