Job Summary:

Join our team as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. In this position, you will oversee the cardiac rehabilitation phase 2 program, pulmonary rehab program, educational classes, community forum presentations, and other health education resources. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and promote cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs alongside existing prevention outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of quality care for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
• Develop and promote cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs in alignment with existing prevention outreach efforts.
• Coordinate educational classes, community forum presentations, and health education resources.
• Utilize interpersonal communication skills to facilitate teamwork and coordinate with clients, family members, coworkers, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve program goals and objectives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• National Provider BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years of experience in cardiac rehab program management.
• 1 year of experience in a cardiac rehabilitation program with AACVPR accreditation.
• 3 years of experience in acute care or outpatient cardiovascular nursing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• 1 year of experience overseeing Pulmonary Rehab programs.
