Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team. As the Environmental Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the environmental management and maintenance operations of our organization. You will lead a team of environmental services staff, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services related to waste management, recycling, and overall environmental sustainability.We are offering a $500.00 Sign-on Bonus.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within environmental services.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management practices, and sustainability principles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of environmental services staff, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
- Oversee waste management processes and initiatives, including recycling programs and hazardous waste disposal.
- Monitor and evaluate environmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations.
- Stay current with environmental regulations and industry trends, making recommendations for updates to policies and procedures as needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on environmental practices and procedures.
- Foster a culture of environmental stewardship within the organization, promoting awareness and engagement.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience. We are offering a $500.00 Sign-on Bonus, paid weekly, to the successful candidate. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
