Job description

This i nternship will support the Lowes Foods eCommerce organization on a series of digital merchandising initiatives that suppo rt category improvements, shopper marketing campaigns as well as e nterprise Initiatives. This position will report to our eCommerce Content & Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be right in the middle of a fast-paced part of our business and given the opportunity to participate in a variety of important responsibilities. This position will primarily be remote, with some additional time spent in the Lowes Foods corporate office in Winston-Salem, NC. In office time will be planned accordingly. This is a  great opportunity to be directly involved with the very fast-paced and highly disruptive grocery ecommerce market and learn the fundamentals of eCommerce retail, information technology, and customer service.  

Projects :  

• Digital Shelf Tactics:  
• Support the Product Specialist in setting up new items .  
• A lign with c ategory m anagement on o nline c ategory r evamps .  
• Assist in the execution of c onfigurable p roduct capabilities including planning, execution, validation and ongoing support .  
• Merchandising Tactics :  
• Participate in w eekly a d planning and execution.  

• Assist in the creation and execution of complex merchandise landing page experiences.  
• Build weekly ad and shopper marketing content at the direction of the eCommerce Content & Engagement Manager .  
• eCommerce Platform Support:  
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – desktop & native applications , with a focus on testing merchandising feature & functions .  
• Participate in weekly platform calls - updating status documents and communicating issues/opportunities to our 3 rd party platform provider .  
• Special Projects:  
• S upports other projects and efforts as directed by the eCommerce Content and Engagement Manager.

• Work with sponsor teams and IT partners .  
• Participate in deep dive sessions .  
• Help define requirements, ensuring we are bringing the business vision to reality – through an iterative, but clear process.
