Job Overview
Unified Therapy Services is anticipating the retirement of their HR Director in 2024.
The HR Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Leads employee relations and ensures employees are qualified to conduct their job duties. Performs all duties associated with this position in addition to supervision of the HR Specialist (36 hours per week) and Administrative Assistant (40 hours per week).
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of HR experience and the qualifications to lead the HR department without a corporate structure. SHRM certified preferred.
