What You'll Do:

Design and implement a global event strategy to elevate our brand, generate leads, and nurture our community.
Set goals and metrics for each event to maximize success.
Continuously refine and improve our event strategy based on measurable results.
Lead the planning and execution of all corporate events, both in-person and hybrid.
Manage the event budget and optimize costs to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate events into our overall marketing strategy.
Develop compelling messaging and storytelling for each event to align with our campaign strategy.
Provide recruitment, training, and coaching for event staff.
Establish planning standards, policies, and procedures.
Supervise event production processes and ensure adherence to policies.
Work closely with Finance to manage event costs and billing.
Lead and mentor the events marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What You'll Need:

Proven experience planning and executing large-scale, global events.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional organizational and strategic thinking abilities.
Analytical mindset and ability to adapt event strategies based on data.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Creativity and innovation to design standout event experiences.
Confidence and presence to build trust with executive teams and vendors.
Willingness to travel as needed for event coordination.
Minimum of 10 years of event management experience, with at least 3 years at the director level or above.
