Job description

Searching for Civil Engineer with BSCE, PE and at least 10 years of experience. Experience working with cities, counties, state and federal on road and transportation projects. Project scope, proposals, design, project engineering, budgeting scheduling, etc. Need engineer with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Project Management experience.
