Job description
Kforce has a client that is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.
Duties Include:
- Auditing: Provide accurate data and analysis to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Data Migration: Support data migration from sunsetting technology to new systems while ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Project Management: Lead HR and workforce reporting projects, managing stakeholder expectations and deliverables
- Data Integrity: Drive data integrity with our HRIS ecosystem, particularly with Workday and SAP Success Factors
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with HR, business users, and HRIT to assist with using and understanding HR data and metrics
- Cross functional Support: Contribute to and support broad Human Resources programs with cross functional stakeholders

- Strategic Impact: This role is key to ensuring compliance with all financial, data protection, HR, regulatory, and statutory requirements, and supporting the data migration process, which are critical for the organization's operational efficiency and success
- Pertinent Statistics: This role will impact all HR and business users by providing accurate and timely data and analysis, and supporting the data migration process, thereby affecting the entire organization

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all financial, data protection, HR, regulatory, and statutory requirements
- Data Accuracy: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all compliance reports, HR reports, and dashboards
- Project Management: Successful management of HR and workforce reporting projects
