UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring for Manager, Clinical Research Office Operations.
Office of Clinical Research Works to develop, implement, oversee, and evaluate the clinical research education programs across UT Southwestern Medical Center. This position is responsible for the management of the UT Southwestern Clinical Researcher Academy and Clinical Research Workforce Development Program, including the development of tailored curricula, operationalization of educational programs and content creation and maintenance. Will design, implement and analyze measures for review of program and training effectiveness, through use of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Will direct activities related to clinical research workforce development alongside the Associate Dean of Clinical Research Development and in conjunction with the UT Southwestern Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA). Will design, implement, and oversee clinical research personnel training requirements including the Office of Clinical Research credentialing program, clinical trial systems and clinical research scope of practice. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scientific and research presentation, clinical research education, clinical trial management and research administration.
