ROLE SUMMARY
The
Director, Vaccine Market Access Analytics needs to utilize their extensive US Vaccines marketplace knowledge to develop analysis from the Pfizer and Customer perspective. Financial modeling will include net acquisition cost and average selling price. Colleague will be highly self-directive when analyzing competitive contract pricing trends by customer segment and delivering strategic insights to USMA and VBU leadership in order to help drive optimal market access with Pfizer vaccine contracting strategies. The Director, Vaccine Market Access Analytics will be responsible for:
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing a competitive pricing strategy repository
- Identify competitive contracting trends and provide strategic recommendations by customer segment
- Developing contracting analysis from both the customer and Pfizer perspective
- Reviewing and approving contracting analysis created by Manager, Sr. Vaccine Analysts.
- Leading complex cross functional analytic projects as needed by the business
- Utilize propriety and public pharmaceutical data sources to develop and inform financial modeling decisions
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop financial analysis supporting optimal financial investment in provider access.
- Presenting strategic analysis and making recommendations to Sr. Leadership
- Utilize advanced modeling techniques to develop and execute market access strategies to support USMA stakeholders
- Partner with the business unit to update and monitor all internal model changes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelor degree minimum required
- 10+ years of vaccine or healthcare consulting experience
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytic tools to deliver insights to senior leadership
- Deep understanding of Vaccine provider markets, third-party data, and Vaccine Manufacturer contracting.
- Experience building and operating financial models in MS excel and web based platforms
- Ability to inform key stakeholder decisions during governance process
- Ability to independently prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in Tableau, Business Objects, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MBA or Master's level education 9+ years experience
- 7+ years of vaccines comercial experience
- Previous experience in Vaccine analytics or a job function supporting the promotion of vaccines

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
