Role:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources department. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the department and help facilitate various HR functions.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant includes:
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring all documents are filed accurately and confidentially.
- Assisting with the recruitment and hiring process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conducting new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and termination.
- Assisting with the performance management process, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers and employees.
- Assisting with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries and assisting with conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
