The Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (IDVR), Central Office located in downtown Boise, has a unique career opportunity and is seeking applicants to fill an Administrative Assistant 2 position. This position interacts with IDVR leadership and staff, and the general public. This is an excellent position for candidates interested in expanding their knowledge base and working in a highly professional and collegial work group.

We are seeking a self-motivated, organized individual who wants to be integral to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. The candidate must be an experienced and poised professional with excellent customer service, communication, and social skills. Must be able to prioritize projects and coordinate multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proficiency in WordPress, SharePoint, and MS Office products, especially Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

1. Experience working in an executive administrative role. Typically gained by at least two years of full-time work experience as an administrative support to an executive-level leader.

2. Knowledge of government organization and structure. Typically gained by some knowledge of state government organization and structure and state's rulemaking and legislative process.
