Job description

Legal Counsel needs Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Legal Counsel requires:

-Experience in intellectual property litigation
-Experience with contract and document review

Legal Counsel duties:

-Review agreements for compliance with privacy and health care laws.
-Advise on the requirements of, and compliance with, federal and state privacy and data security laws.
-Draft privacy policies and procedures for compliance with federal and state laws.
-Coordinate with outside counsel to advise the business on privacy matters.
-Assist with risk assessments and remediation tasks when appropriate.
Employment Type: Contractor
Salary: $ 24.00 Per Hour
