HEAVY DUTY SERVICE WRITER!

Service Writer: Communicates estimates, scheduling, and work details to customers. This requires a firm mechanical understanding of trucks and trailers. The ability to communicate the work performed in a knowledgeable and detailed manner. Provide administrative support by preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, filing documents, and processing customer accounts.

This is what we're looking for:

• 2yrs+ Heavy Duty parts/service experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and professionalism.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Strong computer skills.
• Inventory experience or ability to learn.
• Someone who is driven to work efficiently and safely to provide the best service. 
• Willingness to load/unload parts that may occasionally be in excess of 60lb.
• Willingness to help in other ways around the location during downtime.
