Job Description: The Administrative Services Managers is accountable for the supervision of the Administrative Services facilities and mailroom staff, leads and directs the work of others using a wide degree of latitude and sound decision-making, provides project management support by managing projects as assigned, supports the Project Management Team in the implementation of project management core competencies throughout the organization, maintenance of all SMCU facilities leased or owned to ensure optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators, supervise or coordinate; facilities renovation projects including branch remodel or new construction projects, building maintenance, mail distribution, manage vendor/contractor relationships, office upkeep, provides for security for all facilities, recordkeeping, special events, relies on experience and judgment to set, plan and accomplish goals, schedule, direct, and coordinate staff to perform a variety of semi-skilled/Journeyman level maintenance and repair tasks for all SMCU facilities/equipment. Will provide backup support across the department as needed, including assisting with delivery of mail services and supplies, coordination and setup/cleanup for special events and meetings.
