Job description
Our organization is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team of addiction medicine and psychiatry professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to staff, overseeing clinical operations, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong knowledge of addiction medicine and psychiatry, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision to staff.
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with addiction and psychiatric disorders.
Conduct assessments of patients' mental health status.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws related to addiction medicine and psychiatry.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
